Paal Gova



Ingredients

Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Milk Powder - 1 Cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardomon Powder - a pinch

Heat the condensed milk with a pinch of cardomon powder. Remove from heat once it is heated. Do not bring to boil. Add the milk powder and keep it in the fire until it reaches your desired consistency. Add the Ghee at the end.

Carrot Rice

Ingredients

Grated Carrot - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Green Chili - 4
Basic Seasoning(Mustard, Urad dhal, Oil & Curry Leaves)

In a wide pan, heat the oil and season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal and Curry leaves. Then add the green chilies and the carrot. Let it be in the heat until the carrot gets cooked. Remove from heat and the add the rice. Top it with fresh cilantro.
